"These folks were awesome! The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast was great. The indoor pool was a little cold, but we adjusted quickly. Staff had no problems answering questions. Bedding was SUPER soft and the appropriate bedding was provided."

"The room was nice enough and I would have left a higher rating if we had ever had any type of warm water. We let the water run for 15-20 mins at 9 pm, 11 pm and 4 am in the hopes that it would be ok at some point (bathtub and sink) and it never even got to room temperature water. We would have been happy with a quick slightly warm shower. We were only there for 1 night for surgery and a shower was very important but didn't get to take one. The gentleman that checked us in was nice enough but when I said something about the hot water this morning he said they replaced all the hot water heaters when they bought the place and to let it run in the tub for a while to get hot. I went back and tried that with the same results. He did allow us to late check-out by 1 hour which was nice. The indoor pool was very cloudy with a green tint to it. We could smell the pool chemicals where they were trying to get that corrected though. We didn't use it but is a nice facility. Pools can be finicky. The cleaning staff that we saw this morning was super nice, said that they would make a note of the water and were very accommodating. I wish the best for them and hope that they are treated well and know that we recognize that they are doing amazing. The free breakfast is some cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and make your own waffles, a variety of prepacked muffins and cheees Danish. That was all good with enough condiments to go around. Also had apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice, and coffee of course. It was all good. The cleaning staff, room cleanliness and breakfast is what made the stay better but no hot water dropped my rating as it is an important thing to have. It is located conveniently to shopping, fast food and nice sit-down restaurants. And 5 mins from the piedmont hospital which we needed."

"We stayed here and it had really changed since our last stay a few years ago. First off, there was a dog on one of the tables at breakfast eating with us owner. Then my room did not get trash and towel service as promised. This stay will probably be our last one, unfortunately."

"What can I say good about this stay, the staff was actually friendly. I took 6 showers with our 3 night stay and never even had lukewarm water. If you have ever seen the tic-toc ice bath plunge challenge, imagine doing this while taking a shower. Talked to staff and they were apologetic and said there was nothing they could do. Next our air-conditioning stopped at about midnight. I called the front desk and they offered to come look at it but nothing that they could do and once again apologized for that. So, maintenance showed up about 8am changed batteries in the wall control and air worked and he offered apologies. Like I said the staff was great. At this point I'm looking at it being more of a corporate issue (i.e. putting money into the hotel to make the necessary changes, upgrades, repairs). The bed was very disappointing to say the least unless you like sleeping on a board, if so then this bed is for you. I tried the breakfast bar which served the usual hotel breakfast, I had the yoplait yogurt and it was good. That makes 2 good things now. After speaking with other guest their feelings were mutual about the hotel."

"After an unpleasant experience at our previous hotel, we moved here at the halfway point in our stay. Hotel was clean and fairly well kept. Breakfast left a little to be desired as there were very limited choices and was not that well stocked. Pool was clean and open, a big plus Rooms were nice however a little small. Price was that of a national hotel probably a little high but not horrible. Staff was nice however a little slow yo respond to service request and front desk requests. Marketplace was not well stocked and prices seemed to vary depending on who was working the front desk."
