"I was asked next to the register, and Jacqueline was the associate. I wasn't greeted with a hello, how are you, or anything. I then couldn't hear her as she talked when she said email, so I responded what is it for? She then pointed at the screen and responded its "asking to check your email to make sure it's right" (in a sarcastic tone). I then said ok, and then she said "ok, well, uh, you have a good day" in a very unfriendly tone. Based on other shopper's reviews, it seems she doesn't seem happy to be working here. Customer service is very important to me as I have also worked in customer service for many years. I am very empathetic to others feelings, but I didn't appreciate the interaction."

"Sales lady (Jacqueline J) tapping her fingers, huffing and puffing, rushing us and completely rude while we were the only ones in line checking out. I am recovering from a surgery and I guess was not moving as fast as she’d like. Will stick to shopping online to avoid these rude sales people."

"My visit to Nordstrom Rack on 12/15/2023, was a return visit, as an item ordered and picked up, was damaged. I had already corresponded with the store manager Katherine, who promptly and professionally responded to my concerns, asking that I ask for her, upon my return. As my sister and I waited in line, I spotted the manager's name on her work apron, at one of the registers. I called out and she enthusiastically greeted us. We made it to the front of the line and landed at Katherine's register. She again greeted me and gave a heartfelt apology for the damaged item and the inconvenience of having to make the return. Two minutes at the register and I felt that my world was coming to an end. I have Vertigo and was having a severe episode that almost put me on the ground. Katherine remained calm and continued to talk to me quietly, while another employee Carmen, came around the counter bringing me a chair, though I had initially turned it down, trying not to be an inconvenience. Both women are outstanding examples of how we should treat one another, regardless of our position in life. Carmen remained with me until my breathing returned to normal and she was convinced it was safe for me to leave. The actions of Nordstrom's employees kept my brain focused on them and prevented my episode from worsening and needing medical treatment. I am unable to express how grateful I am, to have had both women on my path today!!!"

"Shopping experience at Nordstrom Rack was fantastic! Great customer service. The floor representative that I interacted with was very courteous and pleasant. The store was very well lit. Although the traffic was intensed, the overall experience was well worth it."
