"Everyone is very nice but if you go to the jewelry department make sure you SPELL OUT what you need. We told the very nice sales clerk the sizes we need led and she messed up the $2000+ order. She was more interested in selling the ring protection plans than actually getting us what we wanted. We had to void and start all over. Good thing we had all day to be here. UPDATE: We tried to order the items the sales associate said were available and now they suddenly don’t come in that size. It’s not worth the fake coupon over priced hassle at all. You would be better off going to any of the other jewelry stores on the Mall. Melody was not helpful at all and she yelled at me from behind the counter too."
