"Great shopping experience but when it came to check out.... Terrible. Been standing in line for 20 minutes with only one cashier tending to the line diligently. Had to ask someone for another cashier. While other employees did busy work."
"Great prices, but we spent over 40 minutes in line to check out. It appears as if only one register was open, but the pace at which the lone was moving indicated that the person checking out customers was clearly needing help. Hopefully they get their issues resolved soon. Photo was taken after 20 minutes of waiting in line and we hopped in line near the back of the store by the Fitting Rooms."
"I recently visited Ross Dress For Less Store and the shopping experience was absolutely wonderful. The store was very clean, bright with great lighting. There were lots of affordable and reasonably priced items. Although the lines were long, the Cashiers were very efficient which made them move very fast. The customer service was excellent and I'd definitely visit this store again."
