"Saian or Syan in the shoe department was so helpful and had the best customer service. Every shoe I needed was in stock in my size and the shoe department was well organized. Macys on the other hand did not have 4 different shoes in my size and were not helpful."
"Gabriela was amazing! She was super professional and a pleasure to work with when choosing our scents that is best for us. She’s amazing at what she does and we will be back to purchase more perfume/ cologne on the weekends when Gabriela is there. She needs an immediate raise!!!!"
"The area where the homecoming dresses were was an absolute disaster. The inventory lacked, and there were dresses overtaking the dressing room. It appeared they only had 2 associates in that area while they were having a fashion show. The only positive were the prices. Will not go back in that area of the store and do not recommend anyone else do either unless you like chaos and a mess."
"Came here on a Saturday around 1pm. There is an outside main entrance as well as an entrance inside of the mall. I came for derma-blend to help my husband conceal a tattoo. The makeup women were super nice. The perfume woman was amazing and helped us navigate different brands. This place has high end brands. I feel it is better than Macy's. Sales prices were close to what you could find online or on Amazon. A lot of sales. The place was fully staffed and you could tell the employees have been there for years. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and they have great customer service."
