"I love this store. Best deals and shopping in Buford. I would rather shop at Clothes Mentor than go to the mall. All of the young ladies that work in the store are very nice, friendly and helpful. I have found some really good items in this store for less than half the orginal retail price."
"They are very racist and rude ! The lady first off told me they don’t accept things in “trash bags” I was referred to them by Plato’s closet so I was not familiar with the process of having to have items in a “tote” instead of a “ trash bag” she then proceeded to look at my items and then tell me they aren’t accepting dresses and that they were too formal. and that they may can take my sandals ( that were never worn) but then say no . Very bad experience"
"I have been very happy with this store. Brittany, the manager, has been awesome and made sure I received top dollar for the items I brought. She even asked me to bring in more. They also have a great selection of gently used clothing, purses and other items if you want to shop as well. I continue to sell and shop at this store and I highly recommend that folks come in to see their selection and what they are willing to offer you if you choose to sell your items. "I have only shopped through their website. I am very pleased & impressed with their customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes I was unhappy with due to wear not disclosed in photos and they happily let me return the item back. I will continue shopping here knowing they are willing to work with customers."
"Sales people were very nice. I didn't care for their assessment of my clothes. I provided barely used name brand items. I looked around and saw alot of items that looked far more used than what I gave them so I'm not convince they did a good job. I thought the pricing was high for gently used items. I did end up donating 90% of my items which is what I believe they were counting on, but I won't be back. I prefer to give it to people who really need it at a reasonable price, (Salvation Army)."
