"I went to this location for some last minute shopping. At first I couldn't find what I had in mind. I asked an employee for help. she was very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.. she showed me where everything was, and even showed me where I could find a few good sales.. I was very pleased & happy I asked her for assistance.. Kudos to Kaveishia, Nina.. I will definitely be back to find more sales!"
"I can’t understand why this store isn’t closed yet. My perfume sales rep was dry and unenthusiastic about making a sale. It was my birthday and I did not feel special after shopping here. I spent $300 and she treated me like I was spending $10. Half the perfume and cosmetic area was roped off. Ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No one ever checks on that place. Poor selection. Empty perfume testers. Can’t see prices without asking for help. Finger prints all over the front glass door. Terrible buying experience. Have to search all over for everything. I wanted Nike’s but gave up. Didn’t know why it wasn’t where the other shoes were. Backstage looks like a flea market. You need to roll up your sleeves and block off a few hours to find a good deal there. This place has become a wasteland. Either close it down or get better sales reps that want to work or better management. Tucker deserves better!"
"Store was not junky but open, well lit and spacious. The store was not crowd and my friend and I had plenty of time and space to browse through the merchandise. I looked at several things and bought two items and charge them on my Macy's card. The only thing I think is they could have had one more salesperson on the floor to ask questions about many items I saw but couldn't verify price before going to the cashier. If I did it would have made possibly for another purchase that I wanted to verify priced items that were on sale."
"Stopped by for some Christmas shopping and for some ideas and enjoyed the service. All staff members were very friendly. Charles at checkout was amazing and helped us find what other locations would have what we needed."
"I just stopped in to do some on-line returns. The gal at the return counter was quick and efficient. My only complaint is the lack of lighting in the parking lot. At least three poles were out, all in succession so it was very dark at 7:30pm. I was quick to get inside, paid attention to my surroundings when leaving, and locked the car door as soon as I was inside the car."
