"Burlington used to be amazing. Now the inventory is cheap quality. The store is filthy and disorganized. Goodwill stores are better organized and put together. After deciding to buy a pack of socks, we waited in line for 10 minutes with no progress before we gave up and walked out. I used to love Burlington, but no more. So sad."

"This was my first time shopping here at the Burlington Store at The Macon Georgia Mall and the Manager cancelled the order after the cashier had finished ringing up my order and my husband went to take our things to the car and when he came back into the store to take the buggy out with our purchase and they said that he could not take the buggy out side. Then as I m waiting to pay for the things that I asked for a discount on an item that was opened the Manager put in the wrong price and then she said she cancelled the transaction and that my husband after he had already put the things into the car. I called my husband and told him what the manager had done and that our purchase had to be rerung because of what she had done and he wasn't pleased about it at all! I then told her that he wasn't able to bring the things back in by hand and they weren't allowing the buggies to go in and out and I told them that one of them would have to go and get the things out of the car and bring them back inside for her to rerung them back up. I said because of this inconvenience that she should give me a discount and she responded No. I told her that this was her mistake and that I wasn't very happy about this whole ordeal especially being my first time shopping here. I don't think I will patronize this Store because of this BAD EXPERIENCE."
