"Staff have bad attitude name tag Jamaica why at 8pm bathroom full of pee and the number 2. Back fitting room close and front fitting rooms close also. If you ask the staff a question, it is a very disrespectful tone and short. It's like she's made she's at work."
"This establishment showed the utmost worst professionalism you could ever possibly ask for in any type of employee from cashier to management. I spend $200-$300 just about on a daily basis at this store and then I go in 1 day and I'm accused of stealing. For what reason I have no clue of. I guess it's because I was the only white person that was in the store at the moment. I will no longer shop any of the Ross stores just because of the staff in the Macon location"
"We love Ross!! ❤️❤️❤️ Evertime we come here we find what we came for and more. They have nice clothes at discount prices. So be careful, you may spend more than you were expecting. We found an amazing deal on Christmas gifts as well. It's always fun to shop here. The employees are very friendly as well. There are a range of things from clothes, shoes, jewelry, health items, toys, paintings, craft supplies, and decorations. There is also different candy and snacks. Makes me ☺️☺️☺️☺️"
