"I was pleasantly pleased with the level of service that I got from Dr.Perkins a Veterinarian graduate from Tuskegee University! She was patient, kind, considerate, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We had an amazing experience and everyone was so nice! "I didn't want to write a bad review because the staff were all very nice and welcoming, but this place is not organized yet. I scheduled services for my dog here, and the online scheduling wasn't detailed in what each package included. My dog has a double coat, so he doesn't need a trim, but he DOES need to have some kind of brushing-out/de-shedding treatment. I wasn't able to confirm or book this specific service online. When I asked about this at check-in, they said they would add it to the package. When I picked him up, it was clear they didn't de-shed him at all. It was on my receipt, but they didn't charge me for it, so I'm assuming there was just some kind of miscommunication happening. Still frustrating. They also gave me the wrong sheets to sign during both check-in and pick-up (sheets with someone else's dog/owner on them), and I overheard there was some confusion about the dogs' names. I was told the computer system was also down. Overall, I really wanted this place to be good, but I think they're too new and don't have their system down yet. It's a shame because the staff did seem very nice."
