"The male (transgender person-with all due respect) who called himself a manager was a complete weirdo!!! He was rude and disrespectful and made a clown of himself when another mature woman handled an online return so gracefully and kept her calm while this joker showed all kinds of drama and tantrums! This person should be in a circus or theatre it was entertaining and funny to me because I didn’t react and stayed calm the whole time and then when nobody gave in, he apologized and said it was a misunderstanding ;) At the end of it all the lady cashier and I had a lol moment because she was a mature person and understood everything. Such a low class person for a manager at Banana Republic in a prime location like Atlantic station??? Ridiculous and doesn’t do justice to the brand."
"Update: contacted customer support who stated that defective products can be replaced even after washing and beyond 30 days from purchasing. Went back to the store to confirm this, and they replaced the shirt. This store sold me damaged clothing and would not accept a return. I only found out after wearing and washing it once, since the tear was in a very hidden location (underneath the folded collar). I can’t believe they don’t have any kind of warranty for a $120 shirt. Never shopping here again."
