"Very disappointed by their customer service in this location; asked about whether the shoes on display was in stock but was told to ask about it downstairs. Went downstairs to ask but I was then told to bring the shoes that I saw upstairs to the lady downstairs… Although I understand that they have to see the shoes that I want in order to check the back stock, I felt they are lazy and simply unwilling to help the customer-it is just not the level of customer experience that I would expect from a store like BR, telling customer to go back and forth. As a regular BR customer, this is the first BR store that seemed unwilling to help the customer. I will not return to this store."
"Went to EXCHANGE a pair of jeans today. Yes they were past the 30 days; however, they still had the tags and were in the original plastic bag because I ordered online. RUDE manager proceeded to lecture in an aggravated tone, almost yelling she refused to help. I asked if she could make a reasonable accommodation and she stated NO. Keep in mind this was for a change in size they had in stock. Considering I CHOOSE where I shop, BR should be careful how they treat their customers. The betterment in their designs is ruined by store management attitude."
"Excellent Customer service from James 10/10. I came to Lenox trying to find a suit and found a suit that caught my eye. The store didnt have the size but James went to great lengths finding the size/fit for me, going back and forth to the back, and contacted several other stores to get the exact size. He helped me throughout the process and made it a deeply enjoyable experience for me. I very much appreciated his help, service, and pleasant personality. Thank you James and BR."
