"The 5 stars are for the young man who was helping us (we think his id is: 703964 but we aren’t sure) he was extremely professional and just honestly a huge help, on the other hand the woman (his co-worker) was extremely rude and just unprofessional as she was arguing with him while he was helping us check out and was making honesty rude remarks against him and how he works."
"Was in search for a specific pair of waterproof birkenstocks and there was an absolutely lovely associate by the name of Roni who went above and beyond to help me find the right size and color. Not to mention she was able to search around to see if they had another pair of shoes I was looking for, even though they were sold out I left with one pair of shoes and a great experience. Will defiantly be returning to this location for their customer service."
"First time we went to store, the associate appeared to be chit-chatting with a customer who had completed their sale, and went on to chit-chat for over 10 minutes, ignored us, and I guess nobody else was working in the store, so finally we gave up and left to do our other shopping and came back later. This time, SA was very helpful. Still, the shoes we wanted (which are very scarce right now - black high-top Converse) were out of stock. Probably wouldn't have gone back due to the lack of customer service on our first try, but we were desperately searching for these stupid shoes."
"Came in this store today looking for a specific shoe, stood around for a few minutes before receiving help but once i did it was well worth the wait. I believe the young mans name was Lavonte, he is a perfect example of true customer service. Even though they didn’t have the shoe in my size he still went on to offer ordering the shoe online for me or searching to see if another store had it in stock. Very friendly & respectable."
"Stopping by for a quick visit, I was very pleased! For a store location situated in a mall, this store is typical of others with plenty of variety. I was able to quickly decide upon a style of footwear, try on a pair, and check out in just a few minutes. Customer service was friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend!"
