"Rudest employees. Asked for a pair of shoes and guy said ok I’ll be back waited about 10mins and then saw him coming out with nothing laughing with other employees. Asked another employee and he told me I had to ask the guy in the front. Went to that guy and he told me I had to go back to the guy I had just finished asking and they both started laughing. If they don’t want to do their job then why are they tf are they working. Clearly they don’t want to make sales and take people serious."

"The rudest JD store I’ve ever been in. I came in to exchange some shoes and the girl at the register didn’t say anything just looked at us and kept on about her business. She literally didn’t acknowledge that we were there.Just looked at us rolled her eyes and kept playing on the computer. The men and lady with the dreads were literally the only nice people. That was unnecessary as hell. She should not be at the front whatsoever with that nasty attitude."
