"Camp creek location has piss poor customer service. I was told take my hood as i entered the door for me to show them my hair just looks wild . Yet they insist on have someone stand at the door as if I’m trying to steal .Then proceeded with trying to tell me they can’t accept shoes for an exchange or return with no explanation and that is their store policy to accept your shoes as long as they and don’t worn yet. They even let me leave the store until i came back to read their return policy. Where i am then finally asked what do you need 3x from the person who was standing at the door trying to block me as if was going to steal. And when i told her what i needed help with she answered me in a rude tone of voice, without looking up from her phone just to say we don’t have it we don’t have and then say a size in the shoe i never said. Overall this was the worst experience I've had at any Hibbett’s sports. I just felt racially profiled by other African American works that had no real intention on helping me become a satisfied customer."

"Both of the associates on duty were amazing. I needed help getting soccer cleats for my daughter. The atmosphere in the store was relaxing and they were very helpful and quick. Will definitely be back!"

"Customer service at the Forest Park Jonesboro Rd., Georgia location. I purchased $1000 worth of shoes for my blind stepson because it is a hassle for him to get out of the house sometimes so I decided to just bring the store To him buying different sizes and different brands of shoes he decided he only like one out of the five pair of shoes that I purchased so I brought four shoes back and I was given multiple excuses of why she could not give me a refund nor A exchange first she said I had to have my receipt so I brought the receipt. Then she said that her system was down so I waited until the system started working again and once the system was back up, she said that she can only do purchases and no returns so I came back the next day, and I was told that my account was red flagged and she could not do it and eventually after going back-and-forth with her I still had all respect she told me that she just did not want to do it For me and I should just go to another store even though the store was the main store I purchased the shoes from. So the employee threatened to call a family member to get me out of the store Horrible customer service"

"I placed an online order for some sneakers. after a few hours of not receiving a confirmation I called the store and found out that the shoes were not in stock. The young lady Rema was so very helpful. She encouraged me to come into the store so she could help me find something that I liked. And I did. It was an amazing experience and I could tell the young lady really enjoyed her job. I will surely shop here again. Thanks for a great customer service experience."
