Nice quick store for quick finds but if your black be aware they might follow you through the store thinking your going to steal.I come in this store often and it happens all the time.and very over priced on some of the items.I won’t be coming here spending my hard earned money to get treated like a criminal.."

"This store is quick to overprice almost all of their items but slow to give you any type of refund if you have an issue with your product. Black women are most likely the demographic making this store successful yet, don't receive the proper respect or appreciation for doing so. My advice to those who have a little more time to get what they need, go with a different business. These people will be "friendly" while getting you to spend your money but not so friendly if you are is dissatisfied with your purchase. And for certain items that are hot commodity items people are getting recommended on Social media, a lot of those items are being sold at Walmart now for a lot cheaper. You can also find a variety of decent quality wigs on Amazon. I would never spend my money with this place ever again and I urge others not to. They are okay with losing good customers; that let's you know right there that they do not care about you as a consumer."

"Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I paid for a wig in advance based on the store display and the agreement to cut the lace front. The actual product was not like the display and the store clerk did not know how to cut the lace front correctly. The store clerk would not give me a refund. I told the store clerk I was going to call the credit card company. The store clerk threw the wig and receipt in the trash behind the counter and walked away. At this store you receive good customer service as long as you don’t complain or want a refund. This is not the type of merchant we want in our community."

The prices are very reasonable and they also have great deals. They also carry really cute outfits, lingerie, nails, purses, jewelry, body piercing accessories, makeup, really anything a girly girl could want!"
