"From the outside, I expected a dine in, semi-fancy restaurant, so I was surprised to see that you order at a counter and receive your food in to-go packaging. I was skeptical at this point, but once we tasted it- I was so impressed! The sandwich name I can't remember- something biggie- but I remember the flavor! A generous portion of thick meaty luscious lobster, piled on a soft toasted bun... just enough butter, lemon and sweetness from the bread. It was delicious. The lobster fries and lobster fried rice were also both melt-in-your-mouth amazing! And the server, Brianna was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Ordered online for pick-up. Time indicated was 20min. My daughter arrived to pick up within 20min. The individual at the counter told her she ate the food because my order had been cancelled. Then she said they couldn’t leave food out that long. So she re-made my lobster roll….what I received was a dry piece of bread with the lobster meat sitting on top. Very disappointed and had already put the tip on my credit card. A waste of my $38"

"I've wanted to try this place out for some time. I ordered the small lobster fried rice and was greatly disappointed in the dish, flavor, and visual wise. The lobster portion in the rice was honestly good, I would say that's about the only good thing going for this dish. The "fried" rice is not fried, let's be honest. The texture and consistency of the contents gives something that was microwaved or sauted out of the freezer section of your local grocery store, and all they did was add lobster and the sauce packet that came in the bag. The rice is watery and soupy with an extra sweet teriyaki after taste that overpowers everything. The dish is not remotely close to be called fried rice. I will try something else next visit, but the lobster fried rice, isn't it. It fits the realm of a frozen rice pilaf, which would be more acceptable for the amount of residual liquid its soaking in."

"My son saw signs about the new restaurant and we had to try it because he loves lobster. We walked in and we’re greeted warmly by 2 young ladies that went over the menu with us and even gave their recommendations on what to try (definitely going back to try the lobster mac). The place was clean and the food arrived fairly quick from the time we ordered. I tried the BK roll and my son got the mini NY roll and they both were delicious. The lobster was juicy and I like the BK sauce. Definitely a must try if you like lobster rolls."
