"Originally wanted SNS, they told me gel only because it lasts longer. I always get SNS. This gel manicure wont even last a couple of days. And this is what I got for $45. I politely asked for them to actually paint the left side of one of my nails that was completely missed and the lady said “ I don’t see it”. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere unless you want your nails to look like this."

"Got these nails sunday July 31st 2022 on August 1st 2022 broken nail and a chipped nail, mind you I got gel. I never broken a nail this early of me getting them. I regret not staying at my normal nail salon but me and my sister in law, and have a broken nail too, we were running out of time and really want our nails done but didn’t tell them so they didn’t rush so this wouldn’t happened and yet it did. We will never come here and go to my nail salon."

"Really more of a 3.5 star experience. Services received: aloe pedicure with gel polish, manicure with SNS over natural nail with gel topcoat. Cost: $130 ($155 with tip). Pros: positive atmosphere. The staff enjoys each other, which is nice to be around. The techs were gentle and sensitive to my comfort with both my gel pedicure and SNS w/gel topcoat. Unlike another reviewer’s experience, the younger woman who did my pedicure was very diligent about matching my toes to my fingers. She went above and beyond, layering several polishes to get it just right, even though I told her I didn’t expect it to be exact. Twice I asked them to change what they were doing—Dremmeling my natural nail and a creative twist with my toe polish I didn’t care for—and they accommodated my request immediately with no attitude. Cons: the salon itself is a little dark and dingier than I prefer, more old school. The price doesn’t reflect this: it was about 15% higher than the newer, more modern salon I take my teenagers to. The 40-something man who did my SNS seemed to get a little impatient with my questions about what he was doing. My dip was a little messy. Most fingers had color left around my cuticle. Overall I would recommend this salon if you value customer service and a relaxed family atmosphere over a high-end salon feel with impeccable hygiene and highly skilled results."
