"Absolutely ridiculous. Came here to get pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows done as a treat myself day before a hospital stay. Called in advance to make sure that a certain technician was available and made an appointment with her. They assured me she’d be available. When I arrived, she was not available and was working on a walk-in. I then proceeded to receive the WORST quality pedicure and acrylic set I’ve gotten in years from two other people. My toe polish is chunky and uneven and doesn’t even cover the entire nail. There’s about 6 coats on my toes, making it look SO bad. My toe nails were cut VERY short even after asking that they be only evened and not cut. My finger nails are INCREDIBLY uneven, even after requesting they be evened up and rounded. I asked for a rounded short shape, and the lady showed me a squared longer nail for approval. I quickly reiterated that that is NOT what I asked for. I asked for my toes and nails to match and be a light blush color, and somehow the final product consists of NEON pink toenails and the ugliest shade of pink nail. This is AFTER I picked a color and was told that what they were doing would match it. WRONG. Every time I attempted to make a complaint they said “Ok” and laughed, ignoring my requests. I would suggest going ANYWHERE in town but here. Incredibly disappointed with the service I received and the price for the nails that look like they were done as practice."

"My wife had her nails done here and was extremely disappointed with the results. She kept requesting for the technician to match the color on her nails to her feet and the technician laughed. Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. A huge waste of money for the lackluster service."

"The women are so nice and patient. The message chair was wonderful. I loved my set but it was a bit thick. I went with a friend and the lady that did her nails was coughing and and getting up alot. As a result her nails weren't the way she wanted them. They were thick, uneven and the wrong color."

"I came here July 30th, 2023. It is now Sept 5th, 2023 ( photo is today). I have not had time to visit another nail salon ( over the road truck driver), but my full set is still holding strong , no lifts. They look pretty much as fabulous now as they did when they were first done. (You ladies know what I mean... time does take it's toll, but no lifts... only growth). I was a certified nail technician decade's ago, but the ONLY thing I've done to my nails is file them shorter. I can not be more impressed. Oh, my pedicure was absolutely fabulous as well. If they had showed me how to work the massage part of the chair, or would have been the top of all nail experiences. Definitely give this shop a go. They do a fabulous job, and listen to what you want."
