"Noticed a sign on the door mentioning they close at 5pm on a Saturday now. I was there at 4:12pm and the doors were locked with all the lights off and no employees in sight. Why have a sign if you don’t go off the times?"
"I have 2 kids on the spectrum. Chase was amazing and patient with both of them while we were there. Haircuts look great, and his patience with them was super appreciated."
"The stylist Tawanna was nice but technique with handling hair was to be desired. Manipulation of my natural tresses was very harsh until I made a comment. Tina was complete with her previous client and was obviously intimidated due to my race and she cleaned the shop and allowed me to wait on Tawanna. Although I was comfortable with that but she never addressed me and her feelings and never gave an explanation why I needed to wait on Tawanna to complete her client. Anyways I will not return with the two of them working. Tawanna did do an excellent job! The pricing for the service I received and in addition to my care was outlandish! That’s another reason it will be very probable if I return to this location or this franchise period!"
