"This was my first time trying Captain D's, which is in no way Long John Silvers (a favorite). I was excited about the fish and chicken meal, but had second thoughts about 20 minutes after finishing part of the meal. I will not be eating at any Captain D's restaurants going forward...especially with the disappearance of LJS."
"I attended this restaurant today and I ordered a 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with fries and a 5 dollar fish meal. The man working the drive through was nice for the most part. When I received my chicken tenders I bit into it and it was raw.. I was very disgusted and sick. The fried fish also didn’t look very appealing. I got a refund for my tenders, but I will not be coming here ever again!!"
"Close this place down!!!! New post to the older post. So today 10/17/23. I went during opening hours and the manager was extremely rude. His inability to speak to women in a professional and courteous way is lacking. He does not possess the ability to even listen. He talks over you and at you. He doesn’t listen. Always trying to rush you and is over the top rude. I’d watch how you talk to people because you’re gonna get the wrong one… just be glad my husband wasn’t there today! If I wasn’t as educated with a career hanging over my head I would’ve gave you some choice words! Believe it! Overall you act PREJUDICED! Regular fries like really. This has got to be the stingiest captin ds ever. I’ve came inside n got regular fries bigger than this. This was almost a hand full… more like a small"
"Food was good. Baked potato was a little gummy. They only had 1 person working the drive thru and the front register. Coke machine in the dining area did not work. Had to ask for condiments ( none in dining area). Dining area was clean, but several tables still had chairs on them. At first we didn't think the dining room was open. Bathroom was not very clean and needed some updating. If it weren't for the shortcomings of the facility this rating would have been four stars."
