"I didnt order food. I used to love this location. Now, not so much. No service at the counter, not even acknowledgement! Young female manager was screaming at the crew for being just as lazy and non productive as she was. Any questions,you will get an altitude as if it pains them to assist. That's too bad."

"Placed mobile order at 937pm. Pulled up and sat in Drive thru for 10 minutes before they got on speaker at 10pm and said they were closed. Lights still on and everything then I told them I had a mobile order and then all of a sudden they were yelling to other workers what I ordered . Big Mac meal n cheeseburger happy meal. Online says they close at 11pm so why at 10pm tell everyone in Drive thru they are closed ? While chic fil a next door line is wrapped and they close at 10pm but still fulfilling their customers . Just crazy the business standards between 2 companies. Everyone inside had a attitude fries Luke warm, burger thrown together like they were mad they had to make it even though they're still on the clock . I remember when McDonald's was 24/7 and had no issues , I blame hiring the younger crowd and putting them in management so quickly. This is ridiculous never will come here again , if I hadn't already paid I would've went to Wendy's or something"

"This place gone from. bad to worse. Hate the kiosk. People looking at me at counter. Did not tell me I need or don't need kiosk. Fish sandwich $4.59 each and half a piece of cheese. Servers downright unfriendly. I HATE the freaking kiosk. Cold fries, burger, colder employees."

"Very clean restrauant, waited a few minutes until the manager told the worker to go to the front register, after that it was a great experience and the food was hot❤️. Easy access on an off off I-75. 5 star $"

"Bathroom was broken and the dining area was wet and the ceiling was dripping on the floor. There were a bunch of employees who either didn't want to be there or really just don't want a job.... No cares given about the water all over the floor and the potential lawsuits... Food took about 20 minutes to get 2 Big Macs..... they couldn't even figure out if the drink machine in the dining area was working.... WTF...."
