"There are several areas and picnic tables strewn everywhere. Lots of secluded nooks all overlooking the lake. I think there are grills by every table, but if not, they are by many. There is also a pavilion that can be reserved. There’s a dock and a fishing pier. The setting is beautiful."

"Highly recommend this lake park/access. It's great for walking, fishing, or having a picnic. Beautiful scenery. Kid and pet friendly. There are many places to explore and enjoy nature. There are public restrooms, picnic tables, grills, and a pier. Great fishing spot. We have visited all times of the day/evening and it's always been enjoyable. We have been just for a walk, just to fish, just picnicking, and we have spent a whole day doing all 3. I recommend the gorgeous sunset scenery."

"We used this location for our family gathering because the pavilion area was very pretty. It's close to a bathroom that is in clear sight of the parking lot for safety. The fishing pier and the gathering places on both sides of the pavilion were nice extras, especially for the kids. And it's close to stores, dine-in, and take-out restaurants for everyones convenience. I think everyone that came to our family gathering loved it there."

"Great upkeep. Picnic tables (some with a grill beside them for cooking), pier, boat ramp, bathrooms.... From here you get a great view of the sunset over the lake with all of the gorgeous colors reflecting off the water and it is absolutely BREATHTAKING!!!"

"The first time I went that was for fishing...was on pier for about 30 or 40 minutes.lots of good strong hits on one line.caught a cat on side of pier,he was bout a pound. Love it can't wait to go back. Went back on second trip caught a 4 pound cat on side of pier, opposite side from last. There are fish here but you need patience and tactics...minnows are good here."
