"I don’t know how a restaurant can go down hill so recently. Food takes too long 20 mins plus, its ghetto, managers are clueless to customer service, you can tell something wrong with management . How are yall running out of products at this point it’s running so chaotic. I’m never going back after speaking with Mike the general manager just not professional at all doesn’t not fit in with the business and is quite disrespectful. This place was the best in Cartersville but after 2 weeks of inconsistency and rude customers service no matter the manager . I’m never going back , figure out how to talk to a paying guest especially when I know a lot of people in town."

"We visited bojangles this morning and it was a terrible experience from the start. The cashier name that appears on the ticket is Abigail, although I’m not sure if that was the girl that took our order. She was straight up rude when taking the order and when she handed it to us. The order was supposed to come with a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea, but because she didn’t feel like making any, they just put another drink. That wasn’t the breaking point for me, what truly did it for me was the fact that they forgot a biscuit. I understand mistakes happen, but because she was doing everything with an attitude, it makes me believe that it was intentional because she truly did not care. I’m not the kind to write reviews, but I notice the hard work that was put into remodeling this building and I’d hate for it to go to waste because of poor customer service."

"I ordered grub hub tonight. Gave the wrong kids meal. I got an egg on my biscuit that was old and over cooked. The gravy was soooo salty I could not eat it. Tried to call them and the call would not go through. Lord they need corporate to come in ASAP."

"They don't close until 10 pm, but we go in there a little before 8 pm, and they are already cleaning out the food holding wells. We order a family meal and are told the only sides they have available are potatoes and macaroni. Then, after we have ordered, they tell us they only have thighs and wings. This has happened to us more than once. I don't know why they stopped cooking before 8 pm when they don't close until 10 pm."

"Our experience was horrible we ordered dinner the 12 piece chicken meal. They told us they needed to make fresh chicken and it would take a few minutes longer so they told us to pull to the side and we did for about and hour waiting it seemed like they forgot about our order so my mom went in to check the food and no one helped her when she walked in they just were in the back being disgusting and unsanitary then my mom told them we had been waiting for about an hour and so they gave my mom a box that had half of our order in it my mom told them about it and they were not very nice about it. We didn’t like the service at all my mom got a refund and we didn’t take our food. Also during all of this we ordered coleslaw while we waited and it was warm and smelled weird. If I could I would give everything about this place a zero."
