"Ordered 100 wings on Superbowl Sunday. Service and atmosphere was great. However wings were completely dry. I asked for mild. Noticed no sauce at all once home. Too late to go back and store was too busy. Served 100 wings dry and tasteless."

"Based on the terrible reviews, I decided to get lunch from here a few weeks ago. Actually, an employee was getting lunch from here and I thought that'd be a less risky way of trying it out (since we'd be spreading the delivery fees out across several people). He loves the food. He claims he's had no issues with the service. I got lemon pepper wings because on the menu it stated "dry rub". Yet, they showed up sitting in a 3/4" deep pool of oil. They were also so salty they were inedible. The fries were soggy and flavorless (in fact, to eat my lunch I would take a bite of chicken with a few of the fries at the same time and that got the salt level across entire mouthful tolerable). So I gave it a chance. It really is terrible. In other news, he got lunch from there today and said it was excellent. And I apologize for not taking a photo of these "dry rub" lemon pepper wings. The employees there really have to just be effing with people to send something like that out."

"I ordered through Uber Eats. I asked for Voodoo fries with ranch on the side, instead of on the fries. I also ordered 10 wings with ranch dip and paid for extra ranch. My order came with NO ranch at all, except for what was ON THE FRIES! I called to talk to someone and received the rudest customer service experience possible! No solutions, just excuses!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Wingstop has always been my favorite wing place and when they opened the location in Cartersville I was so excited. But after witnessing the complete chaos of this place I will never go back. I placed an online order to be picked up in 26 min. I get there and there is three other folks waiting for their order and I ask one of them, he said I’ve been waiting for about an hour. I waited because my son was really excited for wings. They have multiple employees working with no direction. Food is being prepared and then left there and ultimately forgotten because nobody is paying attention to what they are doing. So much food was thrown away because of that. Like so much. Nobody is working the register. No body comes up to you when you walk in to help you. The music they play was so loud and vulgar when it’s supposed to be a family restaurant. Out of all the kids working, about 6 of them, only 1 wore gloves. There’s a kid with long hair and no hair net and he’s playing with his hair and then preparing food!!! One of the young ladies is reaching into her shirt and scratching herself self and then preparing orders!!! And to clean her hands she cleans them on her sweater!!!! I finally got my food and I get home and I lost it. I ordered all flats and I didn’t get all flats, no big deal but as I’m eating a French fry I see the longest black hair entangled in fries!!! This is just horrible!!! I tried calling the store to speak to a manager for a refund and no answer.!!!"
