"If I could give this restaurant zero stars for customer service I would. Staff on their cell phones entire time & locked customers in the restaurant & would not let customers in. Fire dept. came & told them they could not do this. 1 female used disgusting language when a patron went out the door. The staff should be fired, I guess this is what we deal with with Millennials today. I will not return!"
"This location is a complete joke. The employees are rude and appear to be half asleep unless they're talking to each other. They could not care less about the customers. There's no greeting and barely any eye contact. And to make it worse you can't order things in the restaurant. They make you order certain things online. How freaking stupid is that? Why would I order something online when I'm standing right there and you have the ingredients?"
"I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and they wasn’t busy they were just standing around so there’s no reason why I didn’t get greeted. The girl who only put the rice in my bowl had an attitude for some reason and the next girl who continued making my bowl wouldn’t give me time to tell her what all I wanted (I had a list so I could tell her) She kept asking before I could even say what I wanted like she was in a rush. Then at the end I told her lettuce which she didn’t put it on until I reminded her and she had an attitude doing that. On top of getting sour cream all on the top while she was closing it and didn’t wipe it off. I had to ask the cashier to wipe it off for me. So at the end of the day that was my first time going to this location and probably will be my last. Good customer service is a must and they wasn’t giving that today."
"I would give zero stars if I could. Our salads were essentially saladless. Four pieces of spinach. Tacos were missing meat and cheese. Quesadilla missing meat. Most importantly, the lettuce was brown and slimy. The staff today should be ashamed for what they prepared!"
