"Service was terrible and our food was mediocre at best. Our drinks were empty when we received our food and we never got a refill. I asked for ketchup and she brought me 2 empty bottles. I asked for a 2 go box and never got that either. 0 out of 10. I would not recommend."
"It was ok in a very positive way I had an early morning meal which was good it was that chicken biscuit but I wasn't feeling the hash browns on it or the cheap tasting pickles then I had lunch it was almost on point but they crumbed me on the broccoli as you can see however I was ready for this because I read the reviews before going in. Casing points food was good but their quantity is a rip off!!!! You've been warned."
"Walked and had to wait until the staff finished a smoke break. Got seated, with a menu and water, at the counter. For the next 20 minutes I had to listen to the waitresses about where they party, who they’re sleeping with, and other wonderful topics. None of them bothered to take my order. I finally walked out. I can spend my money anywhere, obviously they don’t want it here. Burger King wanted it and served me promptly. Never again!"
"Edit: I went back and they were ready this time. Had my food ready to go pretty much as soon as I walked in. I was in and out before I could finish holding the door for some older ladies coming into the restaurant so I updated my rating. IHOP omelettes and Pancakes are some of my favorite which is this places' saving grace. There is no one manning the front counter. The people working here are entirely too slow to move when they see people standing at their front counter. I was waiting at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence in the store to pick up an order. Then after that they left several items out of my order including some that I paid extra for, so I had to go back in and wait again for them to acknowledge that I even existed so that I could tell them that I was missing some items. Pay for extra and they forget even the basic, if you're picking up, don't leave without checking your bag."
"Place was clean , food was not the best, cooked to fast and burnt a lil bit. Which is sad because there was only 3 other customers in the restaurant at the time. The tea was horrible had to get a soda to replace it. Service was good had a great waitress. The stand alone ihops are much better than the truck stop version."
