"I'd rate it ZERO if I could. We have never been Subway people. We decided to try it and both me and my father got violently ill after eating here. My dad ruined some clothes too from that. They sent a survey and I responded and offered them a chance to reach out. They did...to try to sell me on how good Subway is and how fresh their products are. I took him 4 sentences to finally say: "I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation" My expectation??? Oh, you mean not getting violently ill from eating your food. The same subs we order at other places and DON'T get violently ill from? It had nothing to do with the food items being different from our usual menu. It was bad meat, or contaminated meat, or something along those lines. Sanjey Patel, the manager that messaged me, is so off the mark on customer service here it's ridiculous. It was a super generic, copy paste response that showed zero class. To finish by saying "Thank you for being a loyal Subway® customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future." shows a complete lack of caring. This is how I know it's copy paste. I will NEVER eat Subway again. I hate this company now. I'll go back to Firehouse and Jersey Mike's."
"The food is not fresh! The lettuce was brown, onions and pickles were discolored. I understand being prepared for busy hours. But this is not acceptable! I’ve been going here for 10 years. After the last owners sold, you can definitely tell corners are being cut for profits."
"On 11/20/23 this location only accepts Subway coupons for certain low-cost subs. There are other Subways which do honor the coupons."
"I ordered my Italian sub online. It was ready when I got there. When I got home with my sandwich it was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway !!! The guy included the wet deli paper and juice got all over my sandwich. it was a mess!!! It was more like a salad and sandwich!!! When I came in the guy was leaning over the counter on the phone. He has no pride in his work at all!!! He doesn't need to make sandwiches for Subway at all!!! I will not be back at this location!!!"
"Clean and tidy Subway. Currently dine in is closed due to Covid-19 but still the floors are clean and well sanitized. Good and friendly staff and greet the customers very well. Staff has knowledge about ongoing deals. They do take online orders. The food quality is also great."
