"My family member went in to The store in Lagrange today to ask for pool service and the front desk lady Shannon assumed she had an above ground pool and ask was a pool on Troup Street? I believe she was racially profiling my family member because my family member was African-American and Wearing sweatshirt and leggings. It’s really sad how they have a front desk person that is racially profiling people and hopefully after this review they can pay more attention to how the front desk is treating some of the locals. She did not know I was on the phone with my family member while she decided to be extremely rude and offensive. To Judge somebody by their looks or the color of their skin is never OK and it’s even more appalling that they have Martin Luther King as their background on Facebook Promoting inclusivity to all when clearly the front desk personnel is not fighting about that and is showing acts of discrimination. I’m glad in a small way she showed her true colors so we can do business elsewhere."
"I have called and tried to kick off a Pool Est for a new swimming pool no less than 30 times, each time leaving a msg for Amber or Chris to kindly return a phone call over the last 4 months with not one follow up or call back from anyone. I feel like I dodged a bullet and went with another contractor. The worst server in the south ( hands down )!"
"Would be better if they were allowing people inside...but understand why they are not...if a business requires a mask and limited number of people inside then be courteous. Also they could keep the door locked and just let those in that follow their rules.."
"Very nice staff! After waiting 5 months for Starling to fix a leak in my pool, Lagrange pool and spa had it done and resolved quickly. They were professional and reliable. I would recommend them before any other pool company in Lagrange!!!"
"A very great place to waste time and money. I worked there for $8 an hour for 5 to 6 months and we never had the proper equipment. Very poor communication and above all very cheap. Chris never gets something until it's on it's last limb even then it's still too late, so I'd advise you to go to Starling Pools."
