"Got a quote and when a claim showed up my rate was increased. So I continued to show around. I ended up emailing my loan officer that I wasn't going with them because the rate increased. So Tevis replies all and deletes me out of the CC line, but forgets to delete my wife, and decides to clarify the reason my rate was increased. This had nothing to do with my loan because I had already decided to go with another company. Very unprofessional to try and slide behind a prospective client."
