"I put in a prescription to be filled and called. I called to advise which medication was most important. He told me which medications i placed and filled the wrong dose of diabetic medication. I felt bad yesterday drive and I woke up with sugar of 400. They could’ve careless. I didn’t know they go on lunch at 1pm. The girl told me to come back at 3 after their lunch then the pharmacist said 1:30pm. I just moved over here so i didn’t know. The girl took so long with putting it in correctly now i would have to still wait or force myself to drive back. I have a headache and still feel bad. I already forced myself to get up. Its a shame. I was a pharmacy tech for 5 years until i got sick and my son cerebral palsy got worse. I would have never turned a patient away. My job was to help. You never know what can happen to a patient."

"The staff tries their best. I think it’s important to realize insurance and doctors offices have a big impact on what the pharmacy can do and how quickly they can do it. Staff is usually kind. They don’t hesitate to let you know why something different might be happening that day (Different drive thru hours, a longer line inside, longer wait time for prescriptions) in the pharmacy with limited staff. Thanks to this location and the staff that’s stayed around to make sure we get our medication. I know they try their best."

"There are 2 pharmacy technicians who are phenomenal at their jobs, I wish I knew the two ladies names, both wear glasses and are always kind. I know kindness isn't a pre-requisite in this or any field, so they go above any beyond. The pharmacist and all the other staff I have nothing nice to say about. Treating people with decency and respect goes a long way, and being curt or downright rude starts to wear on people. It shows you need a break, and some self care and I'm sorry you're not getting that."

"The Kroger Pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get a special-order medication for a patient just released from the hospital. Other pharmacies didn’t have it, and it was critical. I called the hospital for help, and they said to call back if I couldn’t get it elsewhere. I’m surprised she was released without it from the hospital pharmacy, or making sure it could be easily obtained; they gave me a prescription with the discharge paperwork. At Kroger I dealt with several staff members, and they got the medication that I was originally told would hopefully be available early the following week the next day; went in Thursday evening and had it on Friday before 1:00 pm. They even offered a potential solution to switch it to another form, though that would take time as well, and may not have been what was best for the patient. All around a great job by the Kroger Pharmacy; and I am very appreciative."

"This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. From long lines inside the store (that can take up to an hour to get through) to waiting DAYS for prescriptions. I understand staff shortages, but this has been going on for months, if not a year! If I do not personally call the pharmacy and tell them that I need my prescriptions, they will not fill them. I was recently prescribed something that was a "take as needed" medication, so I decided to see how long it would take them to fill the script without me calling. Four days. It took four days. It's absolutely ridiculous. I question why I come back to it every time I go to pick something up."
