"Why can't I get through to them on the phone? They took my package for FedEx and scanned it in and then told me I will get a text on my number which I never got. Now I don't have the tracking number that I need to give to the company. I am out of town and can't perso ally go to the store until I get back. Their number keeps coming up busy."
"I have lived in this area for almost a year now and have not had any issues with the staff. I would highly recommend this store. Amanda is the store manager and she is always nice. Mistie does a great job keeping the store clean. This store is pretty organized compared with other dollar general stores. Definitely will shop here again!"
"I'm glad I'm not the only one who the employees have been rude to. I thought the 1st time it happened that maybe they were having a bad day but, after several times by multiple workers it had me feeling like "well dang what did I do?". Now seeing its happened to others? Now it's problem. U have to be careful how U treat someone because U never know what they're going thru and an incident like that happens could make or break a person. If U don't want Ur job then get on down the road. But U know.....watch Ur mouth."
"I have lived in new hope area for 10 years and shopped almost every Saturday now. I would highly recommend this store. Amanda is the store manager and she is always nice. This store is pretty organized compared with other dollar general stores. The only thing I wish is that if we can use 5 off 25 at regular days, that would be fantastic. Sometimes I don't have to go every Saturday. They also have WiFi and the dollar general apps work great. So if you want to do a little couponing, it is fantastic."
"You can always find something u need at Dollar General. Good deals. Friendly staff. Could have more employees at checkout. Always a line or have to wait on someone to return from stocking to check out. But that's not their fault. One person to do 2 peoples job at once does effect the speed of service. But they are always nice"
