"I ordered through the foodsby app at work. As shown, the box was open and rice everywhere in the bag. I thought when i ordered it was going to have sauce or something on it. I basically have chicken fingers over rice. The coleslaw has no flavor at all. The cookie is supposedly baked from scratch but I doubt it."
"Received my food cold knowing, packaging also looked like they just rushed it in there. Was absolutely not satisfied with my order at all. EDITED: Ugh as much as I loved going to Ponko Chicken, I think today might be my last time at this location. Last week I received my food cold and packaged carelessly. Today I decided to give it another try but from the moment I took that first bite of my chicken, I felt nauseated. I wish I was exaggerating but the chicken tasted awfully rotten. I’m beyond flabbergasted. The food also seemed VERY dry than what I’m used to them making it as."
"This is my second time coming here! I was in the mood for tacos and chicken and figured I would give Ponko Chicken a visit. I had the grilled island chicken tacos with the Ponko Fries. Everything was delicious. If you’re looking for a low key Taco Tuesday spot, this is a place that will not disappoint. I will be returning very, very soon!"
"Omg….you have to try there Kamikaze Fries they are amazing. Food came out in just a few minutes after sitting down. Customer service was great and staff was very friendly. The manager Shelia I think she said her name was came out and checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and did we need anything. The restaurant was very clean and probably the cleanest restrooms I seen in a restaurant in a while. Over all I give it a five out of five."
"Definitely a place to stop and try the Japanese chicken fingers decent sides. The sweet potato fries were awesome. Sauces were good. Could use a little bit more greens along with the rice, chicken and potatoes. Cucumbers were yummy. Just needed more. ask for them"
