"Sitting here waiting on tab now after being very disappointed in the lack of food available. First, they didn't have the drinks advertised, then they said no riblets because they were thawing out, no salad dressings. Then after ordering another kind of drink, we didn't get it because we had already ate and it still wasn't made. I will say the waitress was really nice as she could be and the food that we did get was good. But Applebee's do better!"

"This location could improve having adequate staffing to accommodate patrons. This was my first time at this location, and there was no hostess or other staff to seat customers. We, the customers, were waiting for at least 10 minutes or more before someone assisted us. All the while, other waitstaff kept passing us by and ignoring us. Finally, I sat myself down at a table near the front until someone came, and I caught her attention to be properly seated at a table. Once seated, my waitress was sweet and had good customer service. The food was okay."

"Tried Triple Chocolate Meltdown: Ice cream was very good. The chocolate cake looked very good. Taste was kindda ok. Felt the inside was dry compared to the looks outside. Was a pickup visit. Had to wait for 20 minutes (along with 3-4 pickup parties) before even being checked on. Looked more like dinein preferred or very few people working."

"We had a great time! We came for the viral rum buckets, but they don’t have them. But ended up staying and glad we did! Our waiter SHAY was so kind and helpful the whole time! She made a suggestion for the whiskey burger and that burger was bomb!!!!! We came on a Monday so endless fries and 6.99 burger! Great price!!! So when you come in hopefully you get Shay!!"
