"Did a pic up order Saturday received damaged and spoiled food. Tried calling the store they continued to hang up then not answer. Tried to do delivery orders previously and received wrong orders twice had to wait to be refunded nothing was replaced had to do another order. The customer service women in store are not nice and they are very unprofessional. This store needs a lot of help especially with costumer service. It’s sad I have tried to call and address these concerns and issues but their phone must be on silent . When someone does pick the phone up they just hang up on you. Very disappointed. Pick up and delivery orders need some serious help!"

"Had to drop a prescription today and wait for it to be filled. ( No problem) however when the text came in the my prescription was ready they make you go back in that long line again to pickup. So you wait in a long line to drop off then get back in a long line to pick up. It's not right. There should be a designated line for one or the other"

"I ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughter a week before her bday. The day of pick up I called the bakery a few times throughout the day but no response and when I showed up they had no cake for me. I was told that all cakes due for the day were canceled due to parts or shipment not received and should have received a phone call. I never received a phone call and felt devastated. The lady tending to me was nice though and thoughtful. She offered a discount on any cake of my choice and even put my daughter’s name on it. She offered cute little toppers but none went with my theme. She really showed concern and compassion. Wish I knew her name to officially shout her out but anyways she was awesome. Despite the chaos of the day since it was the day before thanksgiving she kept herself composed and made sure I left with a cake that matched my theme. Thank you to her because without her I would have lost my mind and probably would have left with no cake. I’m so happy I had already bought a cake topper and cute doll to put on the cake. Came out cute. Not what I had planned but it worked."

"Always busy but stocked pretty well. Money center pretty ok but produce sucks. Prices are worth it tho. There is always something going on with irate customers and shoplifting."
