Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"This is in regard to an exceptional dining experience my son and I had a couple of weeks ago. After dealing with unenthusiastic staff at the front, we were fortunate enough to have Leanna as our server. From the very beginning, she was enormously friendly, attentive, and fast at every stage of the dining experience. We never had to call her, and she was constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. The delivery of the drinks, appetizers, and main meals was as timely and efficient as a Swiss clock, with a smile each and every time. We were made to feel welcomed and appreciated, which I must say is a rarity today. The restaurant manager came around and asked how we were doing; needless to say, we had to tell him about how happy we were with her service and how we would definitely be returning thanks to her. Overall, I must say that she offered the best service I have seen in the entire United States in what perhaps could be decades. If only there were more employees like her in the restaurant industry, the present-day reality of what customers have to experience would be very different. I certainly hope she is considered for a supervisory position in the near future so she can help the restaurant's manager hire and train more people like her. "EDITED REVIEW - 3 STARS : Finally returned. It was muuuuch better this time. Food cooked properly, waitress so sweet, proper portion sizes... Original review - 1 STAR This location has gone down. Our last visit, the food was overcooked, service was slow... and there's ALWAYS a wait to be seated even when there aren't many customers. Seems they can't keep servers. It'll be a long time before I return."

"KIM the Bartender is the BEST! She is Gorgeous, Professional and she brought my food out as soon as it was done! It was so hot I had to wait a second to eat!!! She Multi task like the PRO!!! She is!!! I was having a challenging day till I met Kim and her Good Energy! 100% recommend!!! The Front Desk Lady was Awesome too!! She was Beautiful with Amazing energy!!!’ Great Job Ladies!!!"

"I placed an order to go and this location was on point. Easy to order, staff was professional and my order was ready warm and delicious. I highly recommend stopping by. So I'm back but only to be a little disappointed. I ordered a take home entree and it was fine but this time they just gave me a side order of pasta in a small to go container unlike the first time where they gave a decent portion. I don't recommend ordering a to go entree , the portion is just not worth it."

"I had previously stayed away from olive gardens due to consistently terrible service. This Location changed my mind. Not only did the waitress check on me several times but so did the managers. My drink was constantly full. My amazing gnocchi soup was refilled. The food tasted very fresh and was delicious. I had spaghetti and meat balls with the chicken gnocchi soup and an iced tea. The food was reasonably priced but watch out for what they charge on the flavored iced teas, over $4. They were not that busy when I visited. The Restaurant was very clean. I would eat here again for sure."
