"So today I go into the Mt Zion blvd location to enjoy my workout and I clock in at the desk I was rudely called over to the sales desk only to be asked to check in once more. No one was at the desk so I pointed that out and she proceeded to get rude. As we both exchanged words she stated that she didn't care about how I felt or whether someone was at the desk or not. I then proceeded to workout and decided to watch the front desk to see if everyone else was required to come to her desk and that was quickly determined that was not the case. I told her I would be taking this matter forward. Customer service truly has gone down the drain. The picture below shows them both sitting on their bums doing absolutely nothing"

"I would like to show attached pictures of club and the bad condition that is Within the club. I wrote about this a month ago about the hot tub and it is still not working for way over two months now. That hot tub is still out of order. This club in Morrow, Ga location needs a thorough cleaning and renovation A.S.A.P. I know this not the first time someone is complaining about the clubs conditions. Not sure if the club is privately owned or what but this is not acceptable. Please zoom in on pictures to see the filthy dirt and grime in the women’s locker room. Also the hot tub still showing out of order. Not sure if I want to continue my membership because of these reasons. I attend this particular club because it’s close to my home and the luxury of the pool, hot tub and sauna. We pay membership fees and this is what we get for our money,this is a serious matter here. And for them to say they need house keeping well as a team every one should come together as a team and pitch in to clean and do what ever for the club. Managers, team members, front in clerks whom ever to get the job done."
