"I called Ashley Furniture in early December 2023 to find out if they had the soletran sofa that I wanted. Nicholas a.k.a Nick, was the sales person I spoke with. He was super friendly and cool on the phone and even more so when I arrived at the store to see the sofa in person. I needed to sit on the couch to see if it was as soft as it looked in the photos. Nick and I sat and chatted for a long while. I didn’t purchase it that day because I was waiting to close on my new house. I told Nick that I’d be back when I officially closed on my home and that’s exactly what I did in January 2024. I called the store to make sure that Nick was working so that he could receive my sale. When I got to the store, he was just as amiable as he was during my first visit to the store. He assisted me with searching for accent rugs as well. Nick was very helpful, very knowledgeable, quite hilarious too. I enjoyed my experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Morrow and Nick made the experience a wonderful one."
