"Everything was great the service omg great. The person who served us was awesome Always there for us Always ask are you ok ? If you need anything just let me know. Just great time Love it just one person who was in the bar just uncomfortable that a person just keep looking at you table for what just because we were a bit loud sometimes. Other then that nothing to say. But THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME"

"Not thrilled that me and my family were seated before a party and nobody came to get our drink orders or acknowledge us at all for the 15-20 mins we sat there. But made sure that party of 2 more people than my 3 top got their drinks and were acknowledged. A smaller group can tip as much as a small party but that’s not how a servers mind operates. I tried to give this location a chance after some years of not dining here because of bad service and nothing has changed. Teach and train the servers to have better attitudes and move how they want to be tipped. I’m a GM, if you need help training up customer behaviors feel free to reach out for some tips."

"The servers are very kind and get the job done! Ms. G was my server and she was so nice and helpful per usual. I have NO complaints about the service!!! The pasta is usually made to my liking when I eat at the restaurant v.s ordering togo (just an observation). The cleanliness on the other hand is atrocious. The floors are clearly never swept or mopped which makes me want to gag when eating there. I mean I came at opening time today and the floors are gross. I'm surprised at this and it definitely makes me nervous about how that kitchen is kept. I'd give 4 stars if they would clean up. ***Update*** - You see the response under my post from “customer service” yeah well I reached out to this e-mail and got NO response. They’re not addressing issues or taking care of long time reward members. I’ve about had it with Fridays. I just ate there again last week and the shrimp Cajun pasta was smothered with Parmesan despite me requesting for them to go very light with the cheese. I was only able to eat the shrimp after spending $30 to doordash it to me. Takeouts are very risky when it comes to quality and outcome of your meal."

"First, the good stuff: The restaurant looks great. It's very apparent that they take great care of it. It appears to be well maintained and was very clean. Our waitress was wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and very prompt. The food was very good. Everything was served on time, tasted wonderful, and was cooked to perfection. Now, the bad stuff: When we arrived, the hostess was not at the podium. That's not an issue as we didn't have to wait long. However, when she did arrive, she did not greet us, did not ask us how many were in our party, and just mumbled "follow me" before leading us to a table and leaving us there without another word. In fact, she never even bothered to look up and make eye contact and walked like she would rather be anywhere else except there. I've never been treated like that by a host or hostess. If that is the first experience you have when walking into a restaurant, it doesn't matter how good everything else is. It immediately sours the whole experience."

"Our Server was great. The food was just okay. Lukewarm at the most. I went to the ladies room. 2 out of 3 stalls wasn’t working. Just nasty"
