"Consistently, we experience NO priority in the designated premier line. You market a benefit for members then don’t honor it. Makes NO sense. I spoke to a manager who immediately said something to the employees but it happens so often I know it’s not enforced."

"If I could give negative stars for our experience here on valentine's day evening I would, it would 100% be -1000. The manager on duty this evening was very rude and disrespectful and called the cops because SHE STOPPED OUR MOVIE. The movie was about 20-30 mins in and people were still coming in and being seated. Apparently there were some people that hadn't bought tickets but they were sitting in the open seats in the theater. Causing some issues but nothing that couldn't be handled quietly. Instead of the manager going directly to the people with no ticket and asking them to leave, the manager felt stopping our movie and turning on the lights was the best way to handle this situation. Not only did she stop the movie but she spoke to a theater full of grown working adults like little kids, stating she would not be turning our movie back on until she checked every ticket in the theater. This started complete madness, everyone started getting up to leave and asking for a refund, she acted as if she was not going to give us a refund and yelled out that she was calling the cops. She then begins arguing with the customers and went out to the lobby and waited on the cops to show up and refusing to issue refunds. The young lady however working the concessions stand was very polite and understanding as to why everyone was upset, and she began issuing refunds. In all of my life I have never seen such treatment, considering the location and the movie we were seeing, which was "One Love" myself as well as most of the other guests felt this was a targeted and intentional attack on an entire theater full of African American people. I was completely disgusted, I've been to this theater many times in the past and I've never seen such blatant hatred and racism in my life. AMC should be removing this lady from any job title or position with their establishment. Valentine's Day completely ruined. 2.14.24. I had to give one star to make this post otherwise, they wouldn't have gotten any stars at all."

"We try and take advantage of the Tuesday discounts. Lines are short and good seats on Tuesdays. Have frequented the Hiram location for many years. Consistently clean with service varying based on present staff. Tonight staff was cheerful and quick."

"This is a nice movie theater here . I took my daughter to the movie to see the color purple movie on Christmas day. And I found another customer wallet at the movie theater. With 400 to 500 hundred dollars left inside of it. I really needed that money badly after my car had just went down. And I have know other way to get to work now. I'm a single mother. But I didn't steal the money and turned it in to the manager there on duty. I was able to get in touch with the man girlfriend mom whom the number was inside the wallet and found out whom the wallet belonged to. And I turned it into the manager there on duty that night. Hope the guy got his money and wallet back."

"This theater is always gross. One time I went into the bathroom and there were people having *physical relations.* Another time there was literally alcohol in my cup holder that was never thrown away. It always smells. The employees are always nice and they get through lines efficiently, but do they do any cleaning?"
