"The room is a little dingy-could use some updates. Stained bedding, loose outlets, bed pillows are half the size of a normal pillow. Breakfast is the same old food everyday with cold coffee. One big plus, you get access to an actual gym less than a mile away and plenty of food/stores nearby"
"Nice lobby and staff. Room was subpar. AC was extremely loud. Floors were sticky and not clean. Door lock key messing up. Every time I wanted to enter the room I had to have the key reprogrammed. Every single time. Staff was friendly and helped with the door. But if a hassle!"
"Rooms were ok. Decently clean, but kinda overpriced for what you got. The website mentions they will take a $100 deposit 24hrs before your stay. They fail to mention that this isn't part of your check in that it's an additional $100 on top of your room charges. They also fail to give you a heads up that it's going to be 5 to 7 business days before you get that $100 credited back to your bank account. Due to the lack of this information we were forced to cut our stay from 2 nights down to only 1 night"
"It was a pleasant stay. After the stay, my husband said that we got charged because there was stains on the washcloths and the towels. The washcloths can be cleaned with bleach and why get punished for taking a shower? Plus, we were charged another $10 because they said there was blood on the counter where breakfast was and on the floors. My husband and I didn’t have any blood on us. That was a HUGE lie. My husband had his right foot bandaged up and there was no blood. He’s in the hospital because he had his right foot amputated. I told my husband that we are never going to stay at that same Hotel ever again. Now, we are scared to stay at another Hotel anywhere. That money was needed because of the hospital stay. I don’t recommend this hotel."
