"Two roaches and bed bugs in the first 15 minutes of being there. What’s crazy is that the GM responded to the woman’s review about Room 101, saying that the review was fake. Well 3 months in and we just came in under the name Alvarez and can confirm that room 101 definitely has bed bugs and roaches and we found all of that in the first 15 minutes of staying here. I have two videos of roaches climbing up the wall and the other into my redbull. I could tell the nice Front desk staff genuinely didn’t know but Krish my friend, you sure did. Three months ago."

"Never again will I stay at this place. My room had two roaches in it, cobwebs on the walls, and the bed skirt looked like it was run over a million times and put back on the bed. When I told the manager about the roaches, they didn’t even seem surprised. I asked for a refund for one of the nights I stayed there and they would not accommodate that. Instead, they offered me a 20% refund. The general manager dodged my calls for 3 days and still has not called me back to discuss a refund. I ended up taking the 20% refund because it was better than nothing but seriously the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The rooms are NOT clean whatsoever."

"I stayed for one night at Sleep Inn & Suites while visiting my cousin in Hiram. When I arrived the front desk clerks were very polite and professional. The lobby was nice and clean, nicely decorated. My room was on the first floor, #108. Entry into the room was simple with the key card. The room was nicely decorated, smelled clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The AC in the room was sub-zero! In other words, I had to bump up the temperature LOL! The bathroom was nice and clean and well stocked with anything I needed. There was a little sign on the counter in the bathroom that said if I forgot something from home that all I needed to do was see the front desk and they would provide me with the necessities (toiletries). I thought that was a nice touch. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, better than at my own home. There was plenty of hot water too! This hotel provided a nice hot breakfast as well. There was plenty to eat! The lady that runs the little breakfast area was super nice. We had a nice chat while I was eating my breakfast and drinking some coffee (it was the house blend and it was delicious). The area that this hotel is in is very safe and clean. I didn't feel afraid at all (I was traveling alone). I even left my car unlocked because the door locks don't work properly on my car, and nothing was touched. It helps to stay in a clean, safe location when you fly solo! Overall, my one night stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! I'll be back when I come see my cousin again."
