"I have been a member of this gym for over 15 years. I have seen it go from a great owner to poor owners. The second owner was awful. It was not well managed nor kept clean. This last owner started out to really care for the gym and made some changes to "improve" the service and managed it better. She was there every day. However, haven''t seen her for many months. It is obvious of an absent owner, because it hasn't been clean and it is the original equipment. I will agree with the negative reviews because they are very true. The good thing that came out of the covid-19 is NOW they have many bottles of the sanitizer. Before there may be one or two and neither would be barely filled. Several times I had to walk around the gym just to find one! After visiting Planet Fitness with a friend (before covid-19) they had many, many bottles and paper towels throughout the gym! Not as dirty as before but could still use a thorough cleaning. As a man, I still like a clean and neat gym and good equipment. The reason I don't switch is the convenience of it and the staff is good."

"If you give them access to your bank they will steal your money months after you quit going. Do not give them a credit or debit card number unless you want to have sudden yearly fees and charges for months you never went to the gym. I tried canceling my account in February and they wouldn’t do it, so I changed my debit cards and they got my bank information in MaY and charged me 100$ when I hadn’t been there since early February. I called the manager and she was 0 help even though when they took this money out of my account I got tons of overdraft fees on my bank account and she couldn’t care less all she wants is your money. They have 0 interest in treating customer justly and fairly."

"I gave this gym 2 stars because of the classes and the fact that it's not so busy that I cant get on a machine. I would have given the gym 1 star if it was solely based on cleanliness. The restroom is NASTY- smells like urine and there is always toilet paper everywhere. I have looked at the same spot on the floor (looks like blood) in one of the stalls for 3 weeks which means they haven't mopped in however long. The rest of the gym is ok, not clean and not nasty thankfully. The front is a whole section of them trying to sell stuff like shirts and paraphernalia yet they dont even have a place to get water to fill your water bottles.. only a water fountain so you can only fill your bottle halfway if that. Definitely a lower scale gym but a good cleaning would make it smell much nicer and increase retention."

"I have been to gyms all across the country, and I will say that Bodyplex hangs with the best of them. The staff has been friendly when we have interacted, the hours cannot be beat (24/7). The equipment is in good shape and the facility is clean. For the money and location this is the perfect gym for me!"
