"My family went for dinner time, and the cashier did not had the most welcoming face. She barely communicated with us, I paid with my phone and wanted to make sure that payment was made. She did not had any eye contact or said nothing. Everything else was great but she was like that to everyone."
"This place needs to shut down for a week or two to deep clean ! And to re group and get a better staff ! They are very rude and don't care about the customers. I asked for a fresh hot wing pizza because I didn't want the one they had on the counter because it looked like it was sitting there for a while so 20 mins went by and I asked a team member how much longer and they said it was coming out . Come to find out they gave me the same pizza they already had out because they didn't make the one I asked for and when I got it it was warm / cold I didn't even eat it . And my child's pizza had hair in it and when I told a team member they didn't care !"

"I’ve been going to this location since childhood when it opened. Was in town visiting family and decided to relive some memories and take the kiddos. The young people working were friendly. The pizza was great. The restaurant was hideously gross. Every surface was sticky. There were hairs and pizza and straw wrappers everywhere when we arrived at opening on a Sunday morning. Don’t look up unless you want to be seriously grossed out by the ceiling. I’m not expecting a spotless pizza buffet, but it was pretty gross to have your shoes and hands sticking to everything. The store needs a good deep cleaning because it’s pretty filthy."
