"The experience was I had was decent. I came in during the lunch hours and it wasn't really busy, like about 7 to 8 tables with people in them eating. The food was cooked well and tasteed on point with how a steak should be while being broiled and not flame grilled but still grilled to the point where i wanted it so very well done for the cooking staff. But the service for being the lighty busy was lacking, the server got the items right but checking back with us for drinks and little things like dipping sauces for the kids meal tenders or for my fries. When asked we got them but it did make it a little less joyfully when we did ask for them as we order and as we got the plates but took a third time asking to get what we were wanting. The lady was nice and a pleasant person and got the order right but we didn't know why with the low amount of people at the time why there was issues with checking back. Other than that it was a clean establishment with good staff just wish the attention to details were a little better but would go back again."

"Our party of 8 had no issues. Our server was on point, got all the orders correct and came back multiple times to top off our drinks. Everyone ordered something different and the food was AMAZING. Service was excellent and the food was even better than the service! Fantastic lunch all around. Bill for 6 adult entrees and 2 child entrees was $180. Expected and well worth a great experience."

"Worst experience I've ever had at this Longhorns. After my husband and I were seated we waited 10+ minutes with no acknowledgement from any server. My husband went up to the hostess stand and politely asked if our server knew we had been seated. The hostess went to check and 5 minutes later our server showed up. The server stated their name and asked what we would like. We went ahead and placed our drink, appetizer, and entree orders since we had already waited so long. The server brought us bread and our tea within a timely manner. They placed the items on the table without a word. Ten minutes later our salads were placed on the table without a word. Ten minutes after someone different than our server brought our entrees. I asked this server if she could remove the appetizer we never received from our bill and she said yes. Our server NEVER returned to our table. They didn't stop to ask if we needed anything or to check how the food came out. Halfway through our entree I walked to the bar and requested refills on our tea, additional bread, and ketchup. The bartender asked where I was sitting and brought the items over within a couple of minutes. Again, we never once saw our server after they delivered the salads. Once we had finished our meals I asked another server walking by if we could get our check. Our server walked by our table a minute later stating they were going to bring our check after they brought another table their food. A couple of minutes later they placed the check on the table without a word and walked off as my husband thanked them. We left cash on the table and left the restaurant. I don't understand the very poor service we received. Never once were we rude or disrespectful but for some reason we were treated with complete disrespect. We will not be returning to this restaurant again. PS- the silverware was dirty and we watched the busboy "clean" the two tables next to ours with a dirty napkin left over from the people who had sat there. The food was cooked well, came out hot, and tasted delicious."

"Not bad for a Saturday night dinner. 10 min wait and everyone who we interacted with was friendly and nice. Our waitress was really sweet and good. Food came out all together when we ordered. Nothing was forgotten and it all tasted amazing. One of our favorite spots to eat, definitely recommend going."
