If I could give a negative star I would, I ordered online and my order was wrong, apparently their manager never shows up so they do whatever they want. This is the second time they made a mistake on two separate orders. The food is dry and cold. I had to add my own seasoning to eat some of it. See image. This was me looking for the noodles and other missing items. Update: Owner probably didn’t even read my review before replying, I said some items were missing and the food was cold, the soup in the same order was hot, so explain that, instead of blaming Uber, why don’t you fix the issue? Missing items in order is 100% not an Uber problem. Explain to me why the soup was sooo hot and the rice was cold and the entire food had no seasoning and why were some items missing even tho they were on the receipt you attached to the order. You say you sorry here but when I called to complain you couldn’t care less. Overall, your food (which I ordered twice on different occasions with two orders each) “wasn’t up to par”"

"Updated review: a hearty 4.5 stars after revisiting! The manager was quick to personally reach out after my first negative experience and did a wonderful job at hearing me out and offering a solution. The next time I visited, I ordered inside and had great service. Interestingly, I was given much more compared to my first time despite ordering the same regular size. Like last time, the interior is cozy & kept clean, and protein is flavorful. For the price point, this is a great poke option for the area. -- Original review: I ordered for takeout, and my order was completely wrong. As in, not close beside the protein and white rice base - and cucumbers were randomly added. Absolutely not worth what I paid for ($15), and I'm really bummed because I was excited to try this place for the first time. Even if they were out of the mix-ins (which they were not), a simple heads up would have been fantastic about what to actually expect when I opened the stapled bag and this was immediate what I saw. The portion size is decent (albeit the volume is mainly rice) with the fish tasting fresh, and interior cozy & clean, so this would have been rated higher if my experience was different.
