"Bought a OEM fuel pump for 2003 Dodge Ram so I would get a good one like the manufacturer provides, because they are very hard to change. Took 2 weeks to change it, the regulator and new pump was bad. Had to take it back for exchange, Napa charged extra because of they went up on the price of the pump instead of giving an even exchange from a bad part I was sold from Napa. Very upset and will not purchase anything from them anymore unless I really have to."
"After purchasing the requisite items to,teach my grandson the finer points of a home lube, oil and filter change we came back to recycle the used oil. Surprise, despite the large sign at the entrance the rather rude employee (the only one present in an otherwise empty store on a Saturday afternoon) told me “my manager says we won’t take the oil, if you have a problem take it up with him”. Well I have a problem with that and will no longer do business with NAPA. Fortunately there is an Autozone right across the street on Hwy 138 with overly friendly staff who gladly took my oil and even carried it into the store for me despite not having purchased it there. As I did, you have a choice and Autozone stood up and stood out as the place to go."
"I was working their inventory (counting) and for the most part, everything you'd ever need is in there! The pricing is a bit steep for my tastes, but you're also dealing with great employees here! Even though I was working, all associates, manager, store managers and District Manager were all VERY kind and I'm sure that they would treat you just as I was treated if I were a customer! Understanding and helpful bunch here!"
