"My father recently passed away. My sister and I had questions regarding our rights as his heirs, especially as there is non-relative with claims on his estate and will not even allow us to retrieve family heirlooms from my father's home. I just spoke with a woman named Ricky at the firm. She started asking me questions about my situation, so I answered. At that point, she told me her best advice was for me to file as an estate administrator with the county before the non-relative mentioned above could do so. Not knowing what that was, I simply asked what would be the benefit of doing that, to which she rudely replied "well what do you think?" I was shocked by such a callous response to a simple question. I told her I didn't think that was a very fair response as I'm not a lawyer and don't know what she's talking about. She replied "I'm not a lawyer either. Good luck to you in finding someone to help" and hung up on me. I cannot imagine ever speaking to someone, especially in a time of grief, the way a representative of this firm spoke to me. Stay away from these people."

"The lawyer I used ( Chris Miller) was very professional, great about keeping me up to date. He took his time with me when I had guestions, always ask if there was anything he could help me with. He repersented my daughter. The law firm also helped me with my husband's paperwork and gave good advice when I needed it. Didn't charge a arm and leg for their survices. Cheryl was very helpful with my situations. Very pleasent lady, every body easy to talk to."
