"I shipped a baby blanket my wife made to here cousin's home in Montreal. The package never was delivered as the local carrier was expecting some additional payment. This was never mentioned to me when I paid for shipping. the package could not be delivered. When I called the store to enquire. I was told the manager would be informed and would call me back that morning. This did not happen so I drove to the store. The staffer was pleasant and said he told the owner but did not have an update. I asked him to call the owner and when he did the owner told me that I should have been aware there would be an additional charge the recipient would need to pay!! i asked him why I wasn't informed of this and he simply said I should have known. At that point I lost my temper and the owner hung up on me and called the police. I ended up having to pay again to have the blanket shipped back. Truly disgusting customer service. I do not recommend giving this owner your business."
