"Would not honor an Amazon return I brought in without a a shipping bag/box and label even though I even with proof that amazon specifically says that I do not need it for this return. Would have been easy for them to solve this issue even if I were incorrect. Terrible customer service Edit for reply: the Amazon return very clearly stated that I did not need to pack or label my return because the UPS store would do that for me. I even had the screen shot of it on my phone and I was still refused. Two older ladies."
